Official Terms and Conditions: The Prime Walk

1. General Compliance & Rights

1.1 Applicants must strictly adhere to all rules and regulations. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these guidelines at its sole discretion at any time.

1.2 All rights reserved by The Prime Walk. The organization retains the ultimate authority to make any final, last-minute decisions regarding the event, schedule, or participants. These decisions are absolute, binding, and cannot be contested by any party.

1.3 In the event of any dispute, the decisions made by The Prime Walk are final and binding on the applicant.

2. Eligibility & Identification

2.1 Candidates must be 16 years of age or older. There are no minimum height restrictions to participate.

2.2 Applicants must be legally recognized as female on their national identification documents.

2.3 Candidates must have been born in India. Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) are eligible to apply provided they were born in India.

2.4 Candidates must submit the following valid documents:

* Nationality Proof: Passport (highly preferred), Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Driving License. OCI candidates must present a valid OCI card.

* State Eligibility Proof (Select applicable):

* Birth State: Birth Certificate or Passport.

* Current State: Employment ID/Certificate, Residential Rental Agreement, College ID, or recent Utility Bill (Gas/Electricity).

* Native State: Parents' residential proof (Rental Agreement, Utility Bill, Employment ID, or applicant's Birth Certificate/Passport bearing parents' names).

3. Conduct & Grievance Policy

3.1 Strict Anti-Defamation Policy: Participants are strictly prohibited from creating, publishing, or circulating any defamatory videos, statements, or content against The Prime Walk, its organizers, or affiliates on social media or any other public platform. If a participant faces any issue or grievance, it must be discussed and resolved directly and privately with the management team.

3.2 Applicants must maintain a disciplined, professional demeanor and strictly adhere to all screening and audition schedules.

3.3 Candidates must be in good health, of sound mind, and possess a strong moral character.

3.4 Applicants must not have any pending criminal or civil cases registered against them.

4. Contracts, Pageants & Conflicts of Interest

4.1 Applicants and their immediate family members must not have any employment or personal relationship with The Prime Walk, its parent entities, sponsors, subcontractors, or judges. Any such relationship must be disclosed immediately.

4.2 Candidates under an existing commercial or modeling contract must declare it via email prior to auditions.

4.3 Once shortlisted, applicants are strictly prohibited from entering into any new commercial contracts or participating in other pageants.

4.4 Candidates must not have represented any country other than India in previous pageants. Any prior international participation must be declared to The Prime Walk before auditions.

4.5 Selected national finalists will be required to sign a formal legal contract with the Organization within 24 to 48 hours of it being issued.

5. Judging & Confidentiality

5.1 All decisions made by the judging panel are final. Participants may not question or challenge the results on any platform, and no correspondence regarding the outcome will be entertained.

5.2 Applicants are strictly forbidden from contacting judges during the competition process. Any pre-existing personal connection with a judge must be declared to the contestant managers during auditions.

5.3 Disclosing internal information related to the judging process, critiques, or scores to any third party is prohibited.

5.4 Unauthorized sharing of audition footage, internal results, or confidential organizational materials on social media or with third parties is a severe breach of policy, resulting in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.

6. Liability & Indemnity

6.1 Participation in the event is entirely voluntary and at the applicant's own risk. The Prime Walk and its affiliates assume no liability for any loss, injury, damage, or claims arising from participation. Participants are advised to secure their own personal insurance.

6.2 The Organizer is not responsible for delayed or lost applications, nor for the non-occurrence or cancellation of the event.

6.3 The Organizer holds no liability if sponsors fail to deliver promised prizes.

6.4 Providing incorrect, false, or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification, whether discovered before, during, or after the event.

6.5 The applicant agrees to fully indemnify The Prime Walk against all third-party claims, penalties, damages, legal costs, and direct/indirect losses arising from the applicant's breach of these Terms and Conditions.

6.6 All legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

6.7 If the crowned winner is unable to fulfill her duties for any reason, the 1st runner-up may be appointed to take her place.

* Refund Policy: All registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
